Questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes! We offer a 7 day free trial to all new signup's by default. You get access to Business Standard features. You can test the system out, get to know the ins and outs, get your employees testing and use the system to its fullest. At the end of your trial period you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to carry on using the system.

Do I get support using the product?

You get a basic level support with every subscription. This is more than enough for most people. We do offer enhanced support via a Support Maintenance Agreement which offers guaranteed response times, and enhanced support with every feature. You also have the ability feed directly into our development road-map with a Support Maintenance Agreement in place.

We have more than 250 employees, can you cope with that?

Yes! We are a cloud based product and can offer support for an unlimited amount of end users. If we felt your setup required a custom dedicated instance then we can also provide this via a Custom Build Agreement.

Can we upgrade at any time?

Yes, if you are a monthly subscriber you can move from one plan to another with the click of a button. You can do this via your admin login from the "Billing" menu item. You can also downgrade at any point. If you take an annual plan you wont be able to change during your contract term.

Can I create more fields for our business use?

Most of our core modules allow you to add custom fields to capture more data that is bespoke to your business and clients. We are working to enhance this capability to every setting and module.

Can I really access and work from anywhere at anytime?

As long as you have an internet connection and a browser you will be able to access your FirstPro Work instance and carry on working as normal from anywhere, at anytime in the world.
